There were a few good scenes in the final episode but for me it was an anti climax. I thought it would've had some sort of cliff hanger.

the whole damn show is a cliff hanger, just about every single character in the show is left hanging as to what their next move is going to be, what more would you want?

I talked with a few people the other day that said much the same thing re: the season finale. The thing is stopping at all is going to be abrupt and at times anti-climactic with an ongoing series like this. Just the nature of adapting a narrative thats being split unnaturally into seasons designed to fit HBO's 10 episode format.

I know most of the characters are trying to plan their next move. I just didn't like the Danerys ending.
Maybe because I've read four of the books I know what's coming and it being the season finale the ending could've been better.

I certainly hope one of the remaining Stark's muster an army and wipe him and his whole house from the face of the Earth in the most brutal way possible.

One of the dead Starks will come back. I also agree that the last episode was kinda anticlimactic. It'd leave a bigger impact if they'd finished with the red wedding episode.

Been collecting some Game of Thrones memorabilia here and there including some stuff stuff cards from minor characters. For those who have read the books (and no spoilers please), which of these characters would you say have a bigger role to play beyond season 3?
Lysa Arryn
Grand Maester Pycelle
Myrcella Baratheon
Pyat Pree
or none really?
Again, no spoilers please but just a general sense...
