Very nice, great take on two great characters and some clever marketing on GG's part.
Rather than risk using an EU as a single piece which would only be bought by a few they add Dooku, satisfying both EU and Movie fans at the same time!
(I've certainly never seen this side of Asajj before.)

What? I don't think the Count had a weakness for women, especially bald-headed ones. What floats Count Dooku's boat is power!

How long before someone converts it into a naked statue?

Actually I read somewhere that originally the new sith for Episode II was supposed to be a girl but they threw that idea out. Then they just ressurrected the female sith idea for Clone Wars instead. Woulda been nice to see a female sith in the movie for a change. Oh well. The statue is based on an art work I think.

I think they might lose some sales from non-EU collectors. For example, myself, I would consider a dooku, based on final product only of course, but I have no interest in Asajj so this piece is definitely a pass for me. To bad because I would like a Dooku, but I can't see a another dooku statue being released.

I would get this statue, but I agree- this can have the opposite effect as S1P mentions and deter ppl from buying it if they don't like EU.
One way they could satisfy both markets is if the statues are seperate and you can pose one without the other. I would like that.
I wouldn't get too excited about this though- as of late, GG has shown great protos, but horrible final products
