I think this goes to show Sideshow saves some of their heavy hitters like Magneto, Juggernaut, etc. and spreads them out. People wanted the two big names from Thundercats, and bailed. Spreading them out maintains interest.

I think you are right in that the market spoke and most TCats fans really only want Lion-O and Mumm-Ra. To most that is as complete a line as they need.

www.kickstarter.com for the license capital. Make us put our money up for the licenses we want.
Just an out of the box idea...

Oh man... really sorry for this whole siituation. Thundercats line was one of those lines that had me up on the fence for a long time (even today). I feel sorry for all the Tcats fans.
I was wondering... recently i read that Tekken was the Fighting game franchise with the biggest sales number considering all the titles... like, tekken sold 40 million copies and SF 30 million.
From a business standpoint and from your personal impression of the collectors requests Jerry, do you see yourself doing anything from tekken?

People still really like the other characters enough to purchase them which allows them to do this, doing something like that with the TC line might have killed it right out the box.

This sucks for Tcats fans because Tygra looked awesome, best if the 3 imo. I knew this line was in all kinds of trouble and was not expecting a continuation beyond Tygra but the cancellation still came as a surprise. At least fans got their Lion-O and Mumm-Ra.
