Just heard...you can only purchase this if you have an active WoW Blizzard account ongoing for 6 months with the new expansion of Legion! 
Oh well...I guess that means some of you won't be able to get it.

I assume that Illidan will also be sold through the Blizzard Gear store, like their Grommash Hellscream Statue:

Illidan itself looks incredible, Brian Fay is a master when it comes to bring Videogame characters to life. Look at Arthas, Diablo, Kerrigan, Deathwing and Grommash, they all are amazing

Looks amazing.
I really doubt it'll be a "grail" because Blizzard makes a pretty healthy ES and would probably re-run it again if needed.
