Exclamation Aliens by Gentle Giant

Ok... due to palisades toys dropping the ball on the whole Aliens franchise by the company folding in on us just as it was getting steam with their entire Alien/ Predator line, I think Gentle Giant would be an excellent choice of a company to pick up the license and run with it!!! I mean they make incredible Star wars busts and they've gone far and wide with that line!

Who else besides me would love to see the Aliens redone by Gentle Giant with a few new additions... for starters we could actually have polystone busts of the following:

Ellen Ripley
Rebecca "Newt" Jorden
Cpl. Dwayne Hicks
Bishop
Carter Burke
Pvt. Hudson
Lt. Gorman
Pvt. Vasquez
Sgt. Apone
Pvt. Drake
Cpl. Ferro
Pvt. Spunkmeyer
Cpl. Dietrich
Pvt. Crowe
Pvt. Weierzbowski

That could just be the beginning too!

Man that woudl be soooo cool!!! Come on Gentle Giant, hear us loud and clear!!!

It hurts my head thinking of all the exclusives they'll come up with.

1/6 scale should hit the sweet spot

Me too.

I'd definitely be interested in busts or 1/6 scale based on the main characters from Alien, Aliens and Alien3. Maybe select pieces from Alien Resurrection too if they were good enough...

I believe I'd be tempted if Gentle Giant produced some great busts from this franchise.

Wasn't there a Pvt. Frost? as well. Plus, it would be kinda nice to see some of the crew from "Alien".
At least Tom Skerritt and Yaphet Koto, and maybe the guy with a face hugger attached.

Speaking of Tom Skerritt, I was thinking about Top Gun, which led me to Tom Cruise, which led me to "Interview With the Vampire." Those would make pretty nice busts too.

Oops! I did forget Pvt. Frost... how in the hell did that happen?

Anyway, I would LOVE to see Gentle Giant pick up the Alien francise!!! I don't know about the rest of you but I would buy these all up in a heart beat! The possibilities of figures could get endless!!!

Exclusive busts could consist of figures such as Newt's parents!

I presonally would rather have people in my home seeing statues and busts displayed representing Alien movie icons than 12" plastic dolls... I mean the Hot Toys 12" are kinda cool and all but in all honsesty... that's one expensive piece of plastic wearing miniature clothing!!!

If you think about it... polystone busts of the same figures would cost just as much, if not cheaper than the Hot Toys dolls!!!
