They also have horrible/practically non-existant likenesses too, unfortunately.

Another EXCELLENT point why we need busts instead of dolls...
What next... the pink USCM Corvette for Hicks to take Barbie for a spin???

I'm pretty content with Sideshow's offerings as far as the actual Aliens go. The dios are sweet and I love my Alien 3 maquette. Plus I'm on board for the upcoming Pile and Warrior statues. If GG were to do MBs and include some of the Marines and various other human characters from the films I might be interested in those though.

I think the popularity and resale market of the Hot Toys Colonial Marines pretty much proves that there's a market for the human characters from these films, particularly in regards to the main characters.
I'm honestly surprised with all the Alien related product out there these days that no one has really jumped on this opportunity by now, or at least tested the water out by doing a couple of the most notable human characters...

The was deceiving. I thought this was an announcement for Alien busts.
Anyway, I'd buy a few from the movies. Ripley, Bishop, Alien, and Predalien would be on the top of my list.

Is this a possibility, or are we just hoping here. I am all for it if anyone from GG is listening.

It kinda started out as my own little personal desire to have another company pick up the Aliens franchise in polystone bust format. I personally think Gentle Giant would be the A1 choice for this!!!
I decided to post this thread though to see if people would actually be interested and it looks like a positive response.
I could only hope that Gentle Giant does read these threads and listen to what the fans are after!
