Looking for information on Tweeterhead’s policy on refunds . I POd Robin and Batgirl Ex but can’t follow through with these two. I have paid the deposit on each . I sent email and message via messenger last week and got no response on refund request . Can anyone shed some light on this issue and how long it normally takes to hear back from Tweeterhead .

According to their website, all cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

I feel like they should wave that on Robin and Batgirl since the EX base is going to be no where near what was advertised when they went up for PO.

Email sent on Dec 16 . Totally understand it was holiday season how long does it typically take to get a response and refund ?

That’s the address I did email to and no response . He’s a good guy probably crazy busy and it’s holiday season as well. I hope to clear this matter up after new year . If anything changes or someone has info to add please post
