It's because "wall art" is it's own license. If you go on the Prime 1 site you'll notice this says "non-scale", as does the P2. They can make them any size they want as long as they hang on the wall. The 1/3 and 1/4 licenses must be locked down. They got around the Jungle Hunter without having to do wall art by using the comic license.

Yeah, good question. It's not as obvious to see how that one would hang on a wall. Maybe they are using the comic license.

Cinemaquette may have the Alien 1:3 license but not Aliens so there's wall art and statue. Jungle hunter is not technically Predator 1 so they can work around sideshow's 1:4 licence with that at Predator 2 being wall art.
Just theory ofcourse.

I am happy this could be wall-mounted! I have no room to display it in my living room (wife's words...) so I'm able to hang it in the floor upstairs, can enjoy it and be grateful!

Anyone on the eastern seaboard of the US pre-ordered one of these? Would you mind sharing the shipping quote to your state?

You don't need to complete the order to see the shipping cost just start checking out. I see $250 to MD for Economy (unsure if these are locked in rates). TBH I would probably order from Secret Compass personally, heavy NRD or no.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

edit: nvmd maybe it's based on predicated production time or something? I see different statues have different number of installment options. How odd.

a 5 month payment plan isn't collector friendly the payment plan preorders for this will be low. Which is bad I really don't know why they would do this
