In all the years ordering from pcs I never got an email telling me to call them...ever. And who is this Paul guy? I wonder if they got hacked?

Hello Everyone,
To those who received an Urgent email regarding your orders, these were sent in attempt to contact you regarding any past due payments.
That being said, there are some who received this email who are in fact up to date or potentially had a payment due very recently that you may have paid within the last week or two and just hasn't been updated yet.
I am very sorry to those who received this email unnecessarily. When you do receive your account statement, this will all be fixed. Our goal is to make sure your and our records match and that everyone knows where their account stands.

Hello PCS,
I was on another thread and found out that the very last payment on the 'payment plan' option is actually due when a piece is in the warehouse. I sent the payment for Shao Khan on Dec 1st, so when Shao Khan arrives will I only pay for shipping? Is that correct?
