me I tend to limit my work time to 2-3 hours each session...that way I prevent burnout when I spend too much time on it. i also noticed that limiting my time gives my brain more time to think about what I've done and what needs improvement and what my next moves should be.
limiting my time also keeps my exposure to hazards at a minimum...like exposure to paint fumes from aerosol primers...resin dust...etc.
since I deal with resin a lot...what is the best mask out there to prevent breathing sanded off resin dust? right now I use the 3M N95 Sanding respirator (without the valve) but I noticed that I can still smell a faint odor of the resin and it smells almost like gasolline. I also wear safety glasses and with this kind of mask on, my glasses fog up as soon as I start breathing. any other better ones out there?

In regards to your eyewear, I would recommend antifog safety glasses from Uvex. Definitely some of the best safety goggles you can buy. I learned about Uvex back when I was in art school. The school I went to is one of the leading transportation design schools and I was good friends with some people in that department.

Most of those guys wore Uvex head gear, be it goggles, glasses or face shielding. So I would recommend taking a look through their website and catalog.

I can't help you on the breathing side as I don't know squat about protective breathing gear. You will have to get that info from someone else.
