I don’t know if this counts as a problem but I ordered the Wonderwoman artprint and paid a deposit (it shows up on credit card statement) on Monday, but on my sideshow account, it still shows up as waiting to process.
Also, is it normal for framed artprint to have NRD? I never had it when I PO’d unframed art prints.

I’ve been watching this thread since it started. I’m baffled by some people being affected and some not. Is there any rhyme or reason with those getting affected?
I had to redo my password but that was the only issue. I was able to cancel a few PO’s, ordered the PCS Donatello and shipped back a statue to answer your question. Going to PO the Batman print today. Knowing my luck this is when I get hit with all the issues.
I hope they resolve this issue for you guys. I’d say in a timely manner but that blew out the door.

The glitches seem random. I literally could not click on the exclusive version of Domino while logged in. So i had to call them about it.

I am.
I just got an email that an order was cancelled, but it was supposed to have been charged yesterday and wasn’t, instead I was charged for a flex pay that wasn’t supposed to be charged until the 25th. There shouldn’t have been a problem with the charges, I think I just was never charged. I have been calling for a few days and wasn’t able to get through. Now for the last 3 days it is a prerecorded message stating the line will be open on the 14th.
Also, I had an old account with a username, not an email, so since the update I have not been able to log in at all to see order or points or anything. I tried to reset, but that didn’t work at all. I send an email every day, they assure me I will get a response in 2 days. I have gotten none. Just the SS twitter feed being updated every few hours trying to sell me stuff. What a drag.

Not sure why people are trying to place orders. Aren't you afraid of being charged multiple times for the same payment? I think someone even mentioned that Sideshow tried to charge a card that was no longer active.
