I got my alex ross batman Dark Crusader statue.
I'd give it a 10 for the cape, a 7 for the sculpt.
A bit disapointing, but a good addition to the bat_collection.

Man, I think it needed to happen. I was feeling really guilty over perhaps not doing enough to reach out to my family, and this just let me know they don't want me to do that at all at the moment.
They don't care if I'm happier, have better self-esteem, have great friends, or anything.

like Jesse said maybe it was a good thing that it happened, at least know you know how they are going to act, at least for now... there is nothing else you can do... so try to focus on other things and be happy...
your going to have a great weekend at the convention...

Mike, you can't pick your family unfortunately, but at least you can pick the people in your life you count as friends!
Surround yourself with the people who are happy you're the way you are, not people who would wish you were different.
