I finally received my Mileena, one number was missing on postal code.

Anyway Customer service is still mute

QC guy doesnt do paper items. Only the statue itself. Paper is handled by the factory.

Still waiting for my Jade. No shipping confirmation. No tracking number. No reply to emails. Last email sent exactly one week ago.

I don't know if I will ever order through them directly.

Anyone else having issues trying to get PCS to answer your emails? Sent 3 emails over the course of one week inquiring my fully paid Jade and Mileena. This is bad customer service to say the least. At least keep your customers informed and reply to their emails. This sure leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Sounds like you are better off ordering through a retailer, might have to go with that route. I'm still waiting on a shipping quote for Mileena. Been waiting 3 weeks now.

I am in the same boat, they have not answered my email in regards to a shipping quote for Mileena. Complaints about PCS customer service are rampant here in the forums and on Facebook. I wouldn't include the word "service" in there title, because that implies some sort of contact with the customers.
