Quick update, got my replacement yesterday. May not of gotten any shipping information, but I am happy to have received my flawless replacement.

I apparently deleted the request for shipping info on Dhalism. First time going through this process. Do I need to do something to get it sent again or does it matter?

I broke my Heman hand (left one) moving it and they are sending me a replacement.

I am really angry/pissed about Pop Culture Shock customerservice. I just want to cancel the Teela exclusive statue and it needs one month now for a simply refund and it happened nothing yet...

smells like they only take the money and never give back. smells like betraying... To say that someone have to wait one month for an answer for his simply paypal refund is just a chicane.

And like other users here, I send emails every 3 to 5 days to customerservice and no answer!... bad service...

I want my money back, I payed 297 Dollars in february 2014 in full! Never ever PCS again after that!
