if it's mostly just the base I don't understand it either. I once had the Zoro Statue from Tsume and the base alone was also about 13-15 kg but it was to prevent that it falls aside (a big tornado-effect is on the base). On Guts Base there is no such a thing to prevent from collapse.

Mine came in pretty bad. The armor (Arm) and a sword are chipped. The EX hair isn't painted well.

So what I'm hearing is we've got one of the most magnificent statues in terms of details/design out there but also with constant packaging flaws...
What can P1 do?

paint on guts was awesome on mine, no chips or rub. the paint on the base was fine just kind of lack luster

Lackluster? Hmm...from all the pics and vids I'm seeing it looks fantastic and just like the prototype. How is it lackluster?

hey guys, have a few noticeable paint chips (not paint rubbing off) on a few parts on mine.
Does anybody have experience with getting replacement parts for Prime1 through sideshow?

SS said it can take from 5 to 8 weeks to get replacement.
