I'm always worried about clear resin yellowing, but this one looks to have held up well. I'm not sure why they didn't go clear all the way, but great looking piece for sure.

It really is...I'm sure there's a few reasons why the demand is so high, but still surprising.

I’m really happy people love Bowen stuff I sure as hell do! I stated my obsession with them and they hold high place in my collection as cherished items. They perfectly capture the comics I read and loved and they deserve the respect they get. No company can come close to Bowen Designs catalogue of characters . Nobody!

To me, Bowen set the bar for all companies and that bar was set very high.

I have to agree.

Most of his sculptures were just spot on with the comics.

congrats on the Havok pick up. I did own this statue at one time but for some lack of reasoning, I decided to sell most of my X-Men statues to collect Bowen Marvel Cosmic characters. Well, I ended up regretting that decision and got the X-characters back that I wanted except for Havok. That one just goes for too much money so I went with the Koto Havok bust to display with my X-Men statues.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

This is so true. I cant for the life of me figure out why other companies haven't made these into comic accurate 1/4 pieces. XM is starting to now with X-Men, but SS has to add all their crap to it and the edition sizes these days are astronomical. For 1/6 bowen is amazing. I love displaying my xmen team (half Bowen half DRS) in 1/6. The bishop, jean grey, beast and retro Cable I own are just perfection. I wish i had room in my case for the banshee and nightcrawler, but I have to save my room for an iceman and archangel that I still need. I still cant believe how expensive that bowen banshee is, that boggles my mind.
