Probably one version and not split into Reg and Ex.
In video it seemed to me there are two heads for each PF. This one with the peering gritty look and one with a normal expression or sigar.
Also could be these two heads are the same , but stil could be easily combined with sigar (switch out bare hand).

I do not need this at all, but this really tugs at me as a lifelong Sergio Leone fan. Seems more timeless than the comic book stuff.
