Great picture. My friend in Austin works for the Bomb Squad and has a bomb sniffing Belgian Malinois named Dax. He named her after Jadzia Dax.

I loved DS9!

(And unlike old time fans, I actually like the new stuff as well).

I guess no one really liked Ezri Dax all that much.

The seam in the hair of the helmetless portrait ( I'm not displaying it like that but still...) Unacceptable imho.
Mines like that too. I was wondering if they were all that way and whether or not it's worth asking for a replacement. Anyone else have the visible seam across the top of the hair on the unmasked portrait?

Even though it's not too noticeable when displayed that hair seam sucks. Aside from that I'm loving this statue.

Does anyone know if Secret Compass charges a sales tax? It doesn't show anything at the checkout, but not sure if they will add it when it ships. Sideshow's price with sales tax and shipping for the Deluxe is almost $950 whereas Secret Compass is only $825, obviously the better choice even without reward points, but just wanted to make sure. Thanks.

I finally got mine today and man, what a statue!!! :clap

I'm amazed at the level of detail and the absolute quality of the textures. I don't even understand how they can get such detail like that.

My only, teeny-tiny complaint has to do with the hammer. The head of the hammer didn't go all the way in handle and the more I fussed with it, the more it felt like it would break (made some scary sounds at one point) so I decided to leave it. Quality of the plastic is nothing to write home about but it's not too bad though, I might give it another go later with the hair dryer.

Here's an obligatory, quick shot of it.

I don't think I will ever need another Cap statue.

DF... Mine fit all the way down... but maybe you can carefully file the handle part down so its not so tight a fit.

I think I handled the hammer from the sides while putting them rogether.
