absolutely not! The first time I heard MR was making stuff for Marvel, I thought they would make Cyke's Visor, Cap's Shield etc. Not these kinds of things.

I for one would LOVE to have WELL MADE costumes for some of my favorite characters, so long as I could wear them. I HATE HATE HATE the dumb cheap cruddy looking versons that come out at halloween. They look so terrible. I want to wear one that looks like the real deal....like one walked off a movie set. Not the "oh I guess this is not Spider-man, but maybe it's 'Spider-man's pajamas' or something."

I don't know what the plan is or if it's going in this direction. But wearable high quality "realistic-looking" costumes would be awesome.

I don't think these are really meant to be worn, but rather displayed on mannequins. I guess they might make a few variations in different sizes, but that sort of defeats the purpose of a "prop replica", IMO.

I'm sure they won't be cheap or cheap looking either. I would say minimum $500 for some of them, and that's if they skimp on the quality of the fabrics. Anakin would be $3,000+ if they did it accurate to the movie. The initial prototypes were too expensive (well over $1,000), so they had to cut back the quality some. It will be interesting to see what the price ends up at.

Screw Anakin's costume! Where are the Vader and Clone Trooper outfits so you can put them on a mannequin with the helmet?
