Nope...not getting into that stuff anymore. XM products speak for themselves.

LMAO....funny you posted this up seeing how it might go through another major base change again.

Like I said elsewhere, this would be the perfect base for a Rhino vs. Spidey diorama. Spidey would be in air flipping over him as Rhino missed him smashing into the pillar / wall.

I think XM now understands the complaint about some of Rhino being obscured from view as a standalone statue.

For the record, I like both concepts, but I think the first one is the better of the two for a standalone. The new concept is great for for a dio.

I don't know if overthinking is the word I would use. I just think XM likes to go all out showing a full scene so to speak with their characters...but for HUGE CHARACTERS LIKE RHINO...it isn't necessary because they can't help but dominate a display...and a bigger base would only increase the weight and maybe even display space for collectors.

I think some rubble from a partially standing wall and a busted fire hydrant from where his arm is swinging down would be perfect. Now the overall figure of Rhino can be seen, while still showing how powerful he is and how much damage he can do as he rampages through an area (broken wall and busted fire hydrant).

Need to see more. So far the SS rhino is all I need for this guy. Things could change if xm blows me away with the finished product.

Just a little too much wall or base for my taste....I don't like that the base is higher or rises above the character....especially this 1/4 scale behemoth.

Why add more wall?! It covers up Rhink who is supposed to be the focus of the piece. All of the work on his back is obscured.

I hope this wall can be broken down like Black Widow because I'm not a fan.
