It does and I must admit I am not familiar enough with Cap to know if he ever had that or not. Either way, it looks really cool to me. You have to be thrilled with this commission

I am thrilled with the piece and as a Captain America fan I feel like I should be able to tell you exactly when it was a part of his costume but I am drawing a blank. Maybe someone else on the board knows the answer to this.
