MR customer service

Hi guys,

Has anyone had experience with damaged goods from Master Replicas? I received a damaged At-at some time ago, and I'm still waiting to hear from them to assist with sorting it out. I remember someone said they had a good customer service experience with MR. Can someone give me some advice on this?

i think that was me that wrote that post. i received a damaged snowspeeder (twice) and then opted for a full refund. it took about a month but i'm finally getting it. i wasn't worried.. i know they are extremely busy. i would recommend PM Amy (MRCUSTOMERCARE) @ rebelscum.com or call their customer service number 1-866-REPLIKA or 734-258-1948.

both, but mainly through an MR dealer because it's cheaper. i buy direct to get their exclusives.
