Problem with XM Europe - needs advice

Like Olivier wrote i would start over again. What i learned over the years i followed this company they will always find a fair way to solve a problem. Maybe sometimes it will not happen as fast as we want it like in this situation, but at the end.

I would stay relax and talk again. I´m sure all sides will find a way and solution like Olivier said. I don´t saying this to defend someone, it´s just how i would do it.

Still no news from XM Europe, neither from XM Studio...
In the meantime Sideshow has replaced me a broken part within 3 weeks.

Dealing with replacement with xm for a replacement is a headache..I got a damaged ms marvel base..Tried to deal with simply toys but didn't work out..Xm offered to repair it .Provided I pay shipping cost...I offered to pay shipping for a new base instead of me shipping the damaged base for them to just repair or glue it back and then me paying shipping again which would come to at least 200 dollars..Didn't think it was worth it and have closed that chapter and didn't bother to deal with the issue again..In really surprised there aren't many damage issues with xm.maybe its cause if the quality of packaging..But regarding ms marvel base I saw another collector with same damage .So it's.more of a.engineering issue..And I see xm has changed wires in new statues to real wires .So less damage occurs
