Yeah kinda funny but really in the long run it's nothing they can't fix, it takes time and they have everything in place, alot of that stuff too has already been fixed like the resolution problems as well as the upscaling is already being implemented. They'll get there and the price will have to come down.

I don`t think pre-orders are going great for the PS3 (in the uk at least) there`s less than 20 days left till launch an you can still put your name down for a guaranteed delivery. Simplgames has even reduced the pre-order price by £10 can`t remember any console that had it`s price cut before it was even released. It may have state of the art electronics but the price point is still way too high.

I heard on G4 that the overseas version isn't going to be as powerful as the one released over here. Whats up with that? They also said that the ps2 games won't be compatible. Is that true?

It`ll be the same power, it`s just that the version sony is releasing in europe won`t include the 'emotion engine' (i.e. PS2 chip) and instead emulation will be done in software hence the lower, initial, compatability. They`ve done this to reduce production costs even though they`re still charging europeans more than the rest of the world, and it`s just one more reason why sony SUCK!!!

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Im not bothered by backwards compatability, but if they reduce the production costs, they should reduce the RRP. About 17 days till launch, you can still put in a guaranteed pre-order, but Im waiting for a price drop and for the rumbling sixaxis

Just so you know the top guys at Sony have stated that THEY won't be making a rumble six axis controller and that rumble features are last generation and that six axis is next gen. So Boooooo for Sony for saying that. I really hate them now.

I thought I read on the net that they had reached an agreement with Inversion or whoever owns the rumble technology?
