I quite liked it TBH. Vikander played one of the more interesting and plausible female action heroines in film. The movie leans on the most recent game reboot and sets up a world/character you want to spend more time with. Vikander is a far more charming Lara than Jolie was and that to me than the bust line. 7.5/10

Went to see this on Monday night and quite enjoyed it. Not sure why it's getting the bad reviews as its pretty much what I would expect from a TR movie.

But she is not a petite model she is an Acadamy Award winner and a fine actress. But I do get the point on size and strength although this movie did try to be more realistic regarding her strength.

Thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It wasn't perfect, as no movie is, but had a great time. I thought the lead actress did an amazing job in a very physically demanding role. I do hope they do another.

Finally got away from real life to see it.

LOVED IT! Rabid TR fan since the first game here.

Good fights, she got tossed around brutally as she should have, no magic girl kicks bringing down the men in two seconds. Made her struggles all the more admirable. I have zero complaints about this film and it made enough money thanks to international box office to hopefully get another movie. Vikander did a great job, great casting there. She came off perfect as the young woman transitioning into the Tomb Raider. I just hope we get another and get to see those duel HKs in action.

Just watched it last night, I have to say it was a lot better then what I was expecting, for a movie based on a video game the story was pretty good... I thought for sure we would end up with some 5'2 102 lb model beating the crap out of 6'4 250 lb muscle men, but instead they made the fight scenes pretty believable...

This is how you make a female action movie without it feeling all PC...

Definitely buying this on bluray.

Honestly her getting beat down and ragged was up there with Indy in Raiders of the Lost Ark. Action heroing should effing HURT! LOL

Really hope we get another one.

I haven’t watched this movie yet, but I truly love the newer games on this franchise. I’ll give it a try soon.
