Annihilation!

Thought about buying this series for a while, just don't know if it's a good read?
The cover caught my attention, I love cosmic characters and they've never looks so good!
Wanna gather some opinions, how you guys think? A worth reading series?
I'll appreciate any feedback!

I thought the series was ok but really nothing to get too excited about.

The story was very basic, little real interaction between the principle players, and the art (apart from the covers) just wasn't what I usually like.

I found the series to be badly drawn and the story seemed to be "choppy". I didn't like how they glossed over important parts of the story (like the death of the Beyonder, capture of Terrax and death of Gabriel, etc.). I hated the artwork on the Super Skrull series although others seemed to like it.

There were parts that I liked but I probably wouldn't buy the books if I had it to do over again.

well, the 4 mini series got mixed reviews here. i enjoyed all of them.

the 6 issue Annihilation series has had only 1 issue out so far, but i am liking it. i think if you like cosmic characters/storylines you will like this series. IMO.

It's an interesting cosmic saga - the art in the 4 issue Surfer series was quirky but it kind of worked (apart from the way Firelord was drawn - (horrible). Storyline was rushed IMO, they could have made it an 8 issue limited series at least with the amount they tried to cram into 4. There were a lot of circumstances unexplained.

Not bought issue 1 of the new 6 part Annihiliation series yet, but I will do - It's interesting....
