I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Here's a vid of Howard's as a comparison:

Howard makes his with platinum silicone which has a more realistic feel but the translucent resin properly painted looks just as real and probably lasts a bit longer. Platinum silicone is also a lot more expensive...

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I have read so many complaining about the ecc price on Facebook , 1800.00 is really not a bad price at all , you are getting translucent resin , electronics , big ass base , action pose which is not easy to do with small arms lol . Another gremlin which has an elaborate paint scheme , And my Howard's gizmo which I also love came with a small base , regular resin , glass eyes , one eyelash not on straight , and a regular paint job that I ended up needing to repaint , for 2000.00 bucks . So yeah your getting a lot more for your money with ecc . But if your looking for just gizmo alone then I recommend Howard's.

I think most complaints are coming from overseas customers and it's because of the Dollar currency, expensive shipping and taxes.
When I bought my Howard S Gizmo 5 years ago I paid around 1550 Euro ($2000).
I can get the ECC Gizmo for 2150 Euro.. that's 600 Euro more for a mass produced China made collectible.
