Well ----, I guess my complaint is minor to that time frame. Ive been sending them emails because they received my return back a month ago. I have not gotten 1 email response yet. Guess I will once again have to waste time while im at work to ask about my repair (If they pick up the phone). But yet I have to sit there and listen to Spencer say on Facebook he sent out all these emails regarding Tarzan and other statues, so I am guessing he has just skipped past my emails over the course of 3 weeks?

I just want my money back, guy won't give it up though. It's way to late for me to go through Paypal to recoupe it. I've pretty much written off $800 Canadian with nothing to show for it. Unbelievable.

$800 is way too much to give up on. But as I and many others have reasoned out. He doesn't have the money to give full refunds. As he admitted that he couldn't pay to ship statues at one point.

The problem is once you go past the credit card / Paypal time periods you are at the mercy of Arahom being a good guy. Or going to the BBB. I don't know the Canadian version. Arahom did say that he would ship all the statues regardless.
