How are people getting charged unless they are on a payment plan through PayPal? It's Sunday in Texas which is where Chronicle is located so their office is closed.
I have had mine paid off since last September and haven't been charged a shipping fee or received a shipping soon notice yet.

Yeah, if you are on a payment plan, why wouldn't you expect to get charged, assuming that is what is going on here. From what I remember, shipping was charged in the first installment so that wouldn't explain it, and yes, there shouldn't be any special invoices going out on a Sunday.
