I highly doubt they are talking about Tremor. A character as iconic as Liu Kang sold too slow and since when is there a high demand for a character, Tremor who first appeared unplayable in Special Forces then only in 2011 as playable on the Vita.
If PCS are gonna skip about 10 more important characters than generic Tremor then PCS really lost their way

almost everything Tremor has in his arsenal is called "quake" something and his character revolves around making the earth move and cause earthquakes etc........ Jerry wouldn't say something so specific like he did and then release.... Tanya.... think for just a second people.... xD
Also, I don't see how that would be considered PCS "losing their way" They've been known to do obscure characters before top tier characters, Oro, Baraka, etc....
