King Kong Clocks in at.......

......an epic length of 3 hours!!!! According to an article in today's New York Times, Universal was a bit surprised and concerned to find out that the running time for Peter Jackson's next film is going to be 3 hours. They were expecting a long film at 2 hours 40 minutes but the extra 20 minutes took them by surprise. They do however feel the film is a masterpiece and the theatrical life and box office lure will hopefully make up for the fewer showings per day. I'm getting quite psyched for this film and am prepared for another Jackson masterpiece. Bring on the big Ape!!!!!

Definitely worth the money too! I love long movies! Well as long as they're good Anyone ever go see The LotR Trilogy back to back when RotK was released? Wow I kinda felt weird when I left the theatre. I think it was something like being born really. I couldn't really walk and I wandered alot until I could get my eyesight back. There were intermissions though.
