More than likely some particle is on your sensor (ie.dust). I can't read your exif data as I am at work so you may want to try this. Take a couple pictures with an open aperture (ie.f2.8-f4.0) and take a couple with the aperture more closed (ie. f18-f22). More than likely the mark will appear darker and more apparent with the higher stops. If the mark does not appear when the aperture is wide open, your problem is sensor dust and it can be easily cleaned.

If the mark appears in all the pics regardless of the aperture setting you may want to check the internals of the lens as you will have some sand or dirt there.

I hope this helps, good luck.

Squider is right. your camera's sensor will need to be cleaned. it's a common thing with digital cameras. you can either use a "rocket air blower"

or for the tough ones use a sensor swab with a couple drops of cleaning solution.

i use this one

Good posting fellas. I'm pretty sure at some point I'm going to need to know how to clean my sensor.

it's really not that hard. just be careful not to force it.
