Red Sonja for me, but i have not seen the hulkbuster or thanos in person and I can imagine those are some showstoppers

I was only considering Sideshow when starting this thread.
However, Red Sonja would still be my #1 if taking all company releases into consideration.
Serpentor is a very close 2nd, more like #1A.
