Bumblebee 7/10
Really enjoyed it. Finally some decent transformers. I didn't like Michael Bay's ugly formers designs... Michael Bay Transformeres fans didn't like the new film though... i can't believe there is such a thing to satisfy now...

The way I reconciled with it all was that neither Peter's were the 616 universe Parker we all grew up with, so it made it a little easier to swallow with what transpired in the movie.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

You’re not the only one. A friend of mine did the same thing. Despite his advice not to go to this movie I went anyway, I’m traveling for business and had an evening to kill, and I dearly regret my decision.

Bird Box 7/10 similar to A Quiet Place but no where near as well written or performed
Godzilla: Planet Eater 6/10 I'm a huge Godzilla fan but this, the 3rd in original Netflix animated movies, has once again dropped the ball. Art is decent but the story and pacing are maple like slow....
Replicas 7/10

Michael Jordan To The Max - 10/10. I prolly should score it a point or two lower, but I’m just too much of a MJ fan to score it less than a 10. It’s one of my favorites. Every time I hear the old Chicago Bulls entrance music when the lights go out, that always gets me.

If Beale Street Could Talk (2018) - A woman in Harlem embraces her pregnancy while she and her family struggle to prove her fiancé innocent of a crime.
If you liked Barry Jenkins' previous film, Moonlight, then you'll like this one too. It has many of the same qualities--excellent acting performances, gorgeous cinematography--only missing Moonlight's powerful finish. However, it's still a wonderful ride. 9/10

In my entire life I walked out of one movie and it was Batman and Robin in '97.. Joel Schumacher's feces presented as a film. I loved Aquaman I can't imagine anyone thinking it was that bad.
