Guys just an FYI. My He-man arrived by Fedex and I'm from Australia. It was sent by USPS Global Express and they sub that branch out to Fedex. Was sent out last week on the 11th and it arrived at Fedex yesterday on the 14th. I'm going to try and pick it up in the next couple of days.

Hi,

I received a replacement He-Man earlier this week. I applied the return shipping label to the original box and shipped back the original as directed by PCS.

But, the tracking number updated earlier today with:

"Shipment Exception: improper or missing paperwork - missing commercial invoice."

Now it says:

"Unable to deliver shipment - returning to shipper"

I am not sure what to do here. I did what I was asked, and there was no additional paperwork provided to me. I am worried PCS is going to charge me for the value of the replacement item if they do not receive the original back.

PCS, please provide some direction. I also emailed PCS customer service...I need to know what to do here.

Hi PCS,

i emailed about reptile that a friend has on order. he is currentrly deployed in the army. please get back to me before canceling his order. i dont want that to happen. he didnt expect it to ship while he was deployed.

I have emailed PCS customer service about a order that was transferred to me, emailed them 3 times heard nothing, wanting to know the balance left to make sure the guy didn't rip me off. Is the customer service typically like this. Been 4 weeks of me emailing and hearing nothing

They've always replied to me within a couple days max.

Make sure your using these email addresses.

CustomerService@PCSToy.com
Orders@PCSToy.com

Sometimes people incorrectly put PCSToys.

Does anyone have a phone number for this company? They've yet to respond to 3 of my emails, but they've been quick to take my money. I havent even received my goddamn order yet and I'm due to leave the country in a week and a half. I paid for this thing in DECEMBER and paid for shipping in JUNE.

im trying to save a buddies reptile from getting canceled and he's in the same situation.

hopefully i get a response before his order gets canceled.

Every time I email PCS, I always get an answer from them. Given that I did email them a week ago and got a response a week later, I was expecting a late response, because the fact it was SDCC that week. Jerry is a reasonable person, reach out to him, there are ways to reach him one way or another. He has the forum, PCS FB page, etc. I'm sure you'll get a response.
