I'll never understand why the factories don't do proper shading on Collectibles! That looks 1000x better than original damnnnn!

Thanks for the pics. Just bought a regular on Ebay. Will probably get a custom repaint at some point for the same effect.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Congrats! The original paint app is pretty good, but regardless if you get it repainted or not, its an awesome statue!

It is a great statue but the difference is quite a bit, just makes me mad they can't do more shading like that on production pieces....

I get what your saying and the repaint looks awesome. But the production paint app turned out really good ( you have to see it in hand). We pretty much received what was advertised. Completely happy with it. But I can understand why some people would like it repainted.

Thank you all , you know I'm wondering if maybe the reason it has no shading is that they could have done it purposely to create a more realistic CARTOON statue , as the cartoon really does not have any shading , if this is the case then it is a perfect statue, and well executed , but I personally prefer a more realistic look to it , then the plain color

Yeah dude, besides for the excellent shading, you really nailed his skin tone. He-man always appeared really tan. Happy with the way mine turned out, but if I ever change my mind now I know who to talk to. Great job!

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

This is one of my favorites. I just love him with orko over the shoulder. Great piece! I think it is a perfect representation of the filmation.

I got my replacement yesterday, and it was the same thing. When I compared the stand on the new one to the old one, the tip was quite a bit smaller, allowing Orko to swivel.

I wrapped a piece of electrical tape around the tip, and Orko fits on there nice and snug now.

I know I have set my self up for a few "that's what she said" jokes here, but that solution worked great for me.

I also noticed that the part of the stand that connects to the base seems to be adjusted to suit each base individually. The old stand did not fit properly on the new base, and vice versa.
