I got mine and the base sticker is on backwards as it doesnt line up at all, the base where the jewel goes with the gold supporter is on crooked and they used some sort of white puddy or plaster on the left side to make it stick instead of pulling off and re aligning it. So it looks completely crooked and a hack job. They let it go because the wings cover it up but even still, when you look at it, the piece is crooked big time and touching the countertop. Along with the bottom sticker being backwards and going over top this crooked piece, I could never sell this if I wanted too. The statue is ok, but the painting was not even on the eyeliner making her eyes appear too wide apart and one eye looking more open than the other. WORST QC Ive ever seen on this line. And it took 3 years to get this and there are no replacement parts................My god PCS sucks now.

On social media, I haven't seen a peep about PCS working on getting replacement parts. Anybody else?
I think it's great they are working to replace Chun Li parts, but it would be nice if we could get an update too.

They came through on the later batch of Chunners that shipped out. My alpha came with webbed right hand but battle dress came with fixed hand as promised. I am also on the waitlist for a replacement She Ra head.

I received a response from Sideshow that there is no update regarding the replacements from PCS.... so who knows.
I'm almost tempted to just return for a full refund.

good news gents....just received an email from SSC that parts for the statue are coming in soon.
sent my many thanks to the SSC rep that emailed me the notice and SSC for even bothering about these replacements for a statue that came out a long time ago.
Thank you SSC!! best customer service in the statue and collectibles industry!!
