If they can nail the paint job on this, I'll get one. I like the base, it just needs to be about 2-3" shorter.

Paint job will make or break this. Can't cut any corners or it will be junk regardless of the sculpture.

Instead of that huge base they should add one of Robo's shoulder and make the head move so you can also display him from one side.

Or instead of the resources going into that base, dump that much extra into paint and likeness.

In my opinion.
Move the Robo logo to the long circular impression in the bottom. Then remove between the lowest platform section and the bottom of him.

I will buy a block of wood and place it under a piece of cloth to act as a riser if I want/need him higher.

The base has more material than the sculpture. I’m not getting this. I have a perfect Fred Barton bust and I like the presentation of that one better even with the open mouth.

Not crazy about the upper abs, I think Barton got it right ending the bust right at the breast plate armor and his base isn’t too big or distracting, it’s a simple themed pillar that displays the bust.

I think the base is too big and is going to add to much to production and shipping costs. It’s also nice to have 1:1s generally around the same height when displayed. This is by far the tallest 1:1 bust I’ve ever seen.

Looking good (assuming the face part is just a placeholder), though I’d agree with the others base is too overwhelming. I do like the nameplate but I’d lose the portion of the base between the top of the nameplate and the bottom of the bust.

Base is big otherwise it would look just like the last 1:1 that was released.

Hopefully that base is a "deluxe" version or add on. It almost needs arms to justify that height.
