So Awesome Collector didn't even have the decency to respond to my multiple emails asking about the NRD and using it to place another order from his site. I can see the GIGA is back on pre-order from his site now and it has been updated and states that shipping starts at $800 blah blah blah.
I'm going to contact my credit card company, it's not right that I can't even move the money to another item. Robbery.

I can't imagine why you would want to place another order with this scam outfit again. Contact your bank to see if you can get your money back. I will try to get my full refund back, since I paid for this thing in full over a year and a half ago and shipping costs were never disclosed and options were never considered.

Jason at AC has had a LOT of issues. I dealt with him a few years ago getting the XPlus Harryhausen statues and some Godzilla pieces. From what I've heard he's a one man show that is frequently bogged down. I'm not entirely sure how he is still in business without help. He was generally helpful with me back then but I don't know now. I found other quicker/cheaper places to order from.

Sadly they have done that to others on there as well. I'll never order from Spiral directly for anything ever again. At least if I order through BBTS or similar they will try to help if there is a problem.

I noticed BBTS had the Giga but they've been long sold out. SC and BBTS have been great and communication is superb.

Jason from AC just sent an email stating about the NRD policy, blah blah blah. He hasn't responded about me using the $300 toward another purchase. I really hope I'm able to at least salvage that to another item.
