I guess hypothetically that CAN happen, but to my knowledge it hasn't (yet?). I'd also be curious what would happen to AP's if all of them sold out before 3 pm.

PCS should choose AP's at Random for those who purchased within the first minute or two when pre-orders open.

Its possible but has never happened. Never even come close because most people want to go for an AP so we only ever see a few orders before start time

I was browsing the Facebook comments and saw people complaining they ordered a Siberian Express Zangief but got a 'regular'.
Thats impossible, because i never even created an order page for the Regular. It doesnt exist on our site or in our Paypal system.
This tells me that people who think they got the wrong item are simply mis-reading their Paypal receipt.
Which explains a lot as I knew it wasnt our mistake.
