It takes more effort than it should but if you call 5-6 times in a day you will probably get someone.

Oh no. Didn't know about Aurora's car accident. I did get an email and a return label from her right away regarding replacement for my 1/3 evil ryu little over a week ago. I called yesterday and spoke to Heather who seems to be really nice and helpful. Now hopefully my replacement can come. So for me I had a good experience.
