When I ordered the Cover Girls Mera by Joelle Jones back in August, GameStop.com gave me only one shipping option, 2-day processing for $7. I checked the website today, and Free Shipping is now available.

Batman B&W statues usually have an MSRP of $80. GameStop's blue/grey variant of the Jim Lee New 52 statue has an MSRP of $60. Since statues are 25% off for Black Friday weekend, the current sale price is only $45 for a statue that was just released this week. (ThinkGeek stores have it as well, but they're charging full MSRP.)

Thanks as always, Gothamite. FYI - it seems like the pre-discount amount is what needs to be over $35 for free shipping, so just one lower end statue will do it.
