It's not hard to meet expenses, they're everywhere.

My replacement is finally arriving. I was told by the retailer every single one of 'em has join issues. Even the one they've chosen for me, I've been told, has a gap between the hands and wrists if you look from underneath.

Well, doesn't hurt to see it in person. I say wait for the delivery and put her together. Then see for yourself if the gap is acceptable or not.

I still don't get why the factory chose to glue the hands onto the rock..... the whole problem wouldn't have existed if they let the hands be fixed to the forearm and not the rock. The magnet attaching her bottom half to the base is strong enough to keep her body in place anyway.

Probably to avoid the fingers breaking.

I received my variant replacement from BBTS. They were right when they inspected it, it is perfect. Really glad they were able to help me. Now I have two perfect mermaids.

Mine is supposed to ship next week. I really hope it doesn't have issues, but it looks like it's inevitable.

I would rate this launch of a line a 2 high hard ones out of 10.

I'm still waiting for them to reply to me about my credit refund. How long does it typically take them?
This has been a very bad start to the line in terms of quality being delivered. Beautiful piece...shocking execution. I have deposits for Tinker and Alice and I'm a bit nervous about them having the same fate.

Really? I give them a 9/10.
Breakage issues happen with most pieces, so does quality control.
In the end, after getting the replacement for my variant, both are perfect.
