Looks like Conan to me. The hair head is straight up Buscema and the helmet head is from Destroyer. Like them both.

Did you get this one Warhead? If so the whole thing or just Conan?
I agree on the heads and don't think he looks too passive at all in either head. I should say though that the previous heads were ok too in my book.

The new heads look teeth gritting fighting mad to me. Definitely more to my liking. I really liked the original hair head the original helmet and headband heads were just okay.

From ARH:
ARH will deliver the first set to whomever prefers the first set, so this won’t be an issue and there is no reason to anyone to be alarmed or complain about anything!
We will not mix match the two sets nor sell any extra heads separate. It is either the old set or the new, but no one needs to worry! The new (and better) heads are for those who want them!

Pack 1 -should be Regular old head AND regular new head
pack 2 -new helmet head
pack 3 -headband head ARH ex (worse of them all)
And then everyone is happy and problem solved.
so in all its just 1 extra head bonus for all

Looks like they decided to include all the heads now if you purchased the ARH website exclusive version. That's 5 heads. If you just got the entire regular diorama you'll get 4 heads. Great they decided to do this, it'll please everyone.

this composite statue was a logistical nightmare, now how is he gonna swing that axe over his head without knocking that horned helmet off? And I don't know if it's the airbrushing/paint work but the conan always looks like he has gynecomastia to me.

I figured this would have to happen, but still glad to see that common sense prevails.
You can't just change things significantly after pre-orders have been taken, it's a nightmare waiting to happen, from both customers and retailers/distributors. But you can always add things without complaint. And here we are.
The new heads are a good addition, it's just a shame that it was initially handled in such an arse-about way. Still, alls well that ends well.
