I don't think they had time to manufacture new hands, or even if it was something they were replacing before the other chun li's were otw. I imagine the alpha and battle's all have the webbed hand atm.

Not to deem this project was by any means a success with flying colors, but honestly, with PCS' track record, I felt Chun 1:3 starting shipments in 2019 Q1 a shocking accomplishment. They estimated 2018 Q4, and based on their track record, it was safe to expect product 6 months(or more) after estimated date.
Now... I would have rather they took another month to have hands perfect on he first run, and to have caught a few of the bad pieces in QC from shipping, but alas....
Hoping all Chuns ship into their owners' hands by June, and well, her hands(replacements) by August. PCS releasing a statement of some sort along these lines would REALLY better manage collectors' expectations.
