I think it will be a lot easier to determine Prime 1's ability to resolve QC and order issues when they and customers no longer have to go through an intermediary like SS. It is just too difficult to tell how much of these problems lay with Prime 1 or with their relationship with SS. Any discussion with things the way they currently are is simply speculation.

That's what I was wondering.....how much of this effected by the fact that there is a middle man.

I wonder what the experiences are of people who live in the countries that P1 directly ships to.

Oh.... Just seems crazy to me because
And I know I'm bad but I have the 1/2 joker recast
I literally got everything shipped perfect condition
But the hand with the gun the magnet was weak
And I litterLly bumped it and the hand with tek 9 literally fell and broke.
I told the eBay seller it came broke. Within two weeks or less I had full replacement.

Hard to believe prime 1 cousin can do this and they can't

You broke your statue and lied to the seller claiming it came broke. That's why I couldn't see myself selling any of my collection. Too many dishonest people out there.

I have ordered all my pieces from P1 directly.
Two of my statues needed a replacement part, both times the whole process took about 2-3 weeks.

Asked for a replacement hand not full statue

There re casters. They make it for like $5

I'd buy a recast again too if it makes business sense. Making this hobby great doesn't mean making me a sucker.

Also, if I would have boughten from sideshow direct I would have said the same thing. Isn't my fault the statue had a weak magnet.

In terms of buying from eBay to get over on a fellow collector or do some kind of injustice that's not my business. If it was I would have been more cautious with my words.

I got to really stop underestimating everyones sensitivity. LOL
