"B" is cool, and I would definitely not complain if we got it, but "C" is like the defining moment of Sagat and Ryu's fighting history. It's probably the most well known moment in SF history, period.
All three of these would make good dio's, but "C" is my first choice.

Something I should point out.
Capcom does not allow their characters to be represented 'bloody'.
