Looks like the portrait with the helmet got squished... Looks like the old portrait... I would definitely shoot Todd an Email...

Just an update. Todd's got a bunch of portraits so no worries. This isn't just an isolated incident with us here. I'm just waiting on a tracking number for my new head. Nice and smooth.

I got my tracking the day after requesting, waiting on heads to arrive. Lets hope they fit right.
