Dear fans/collectors,
We want to share an important update regarding the current status of our production and shipping timelines.
Over the past few weeks, we've been faced with an unexpected and deeply challenging situation. The production factory we've partnered with for the last 10 years; a team we've grown with and trusted is now on the verge of closing down. This sudden development has severely impacted our ability to move forward with several projects, some of which were already in the middle of production. We have not been able to respond to some queries in the past few weeks as we ourselves were working through this major setback.
We are currently doing everything we can to recover and relocate these projects, but unfortunately, this means all current releases will need to be delayed until Q4 of this year until further notice. We know how disappointing this may be, and we want to express our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and uncertainty this causes.
This is not just a logistical setback, it?s a deeply personal and emotional one for us. We?ve invested significant amount of time, resources and passion into these projects. We even made the tough decision last year to stop development of all new projects to be able to ensure delivery of these due projects as originally intended.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this difficult time.

Considering how terrible they have been at communicating, meeting expectations, meeting deadlines, QC issues, etc... then this factory being their trusted one is quite scary to begin with. I think it is safe to say you all seriously need to just cancel all your preorders, get your money back, and just think of this company as non-existent (much like my love-life).

Oof...
I don't think it's been just a few weeks. I've felt like they've been having issues since the Street Fighter girls Cammy piece. Like Gyro said try and get your money back and pretend they don't exist. Maybe they'll pull through like Oniri next year, but I doubt it. The writing's been on the wall for a couple of years now.
