I had this on PO but canceled. I wasn't "in love with it" and I thought for the price I should have been. Now I regret that decision. This really is an awesome piece.

I am guessing you did not cancel direct with ARH? I know they frown heavily on this from personal experience.

They can let you cancel and move it as credit towards another statue, I literally just did this yesterday (though its the first time I ever did it with ARH). Cancel with a refund though, that's a different story.

I had a bunch of stuff on PO that I still owed money on and wanted to clear so I could make room for upcoming statue POs... So I transferred the money I paid on the mermaids to the other statues. I got no hard time whatsoever. I wasn't even charges the penalty that they have listed in the terms of service. It's just another reason why I think ARH is a phenomenal company with great customer service.
